MAX PROPERTY GROUP
Max Property Group was founded by a team of real estate professionals from various countries in Europe. Our backgrounds include real estate development, running estate agencies, owning mortgage advisories and structuring real estate funds.
The idea was always to create property funds where people could invest from as little as €1,000, but this proved to be complicated due to regulatory restrictions between countries.
This is why, after launching several property funds successfully, Max Crowdfund was created. Via Max Crowdfund, once the regulatory licenses are obtained, anyone can invest from as little as €100 in real estate investments in which they are allowed to invest.
Again this is restricted by regulations of each jurisdiction we operate in, but eventually our goal is to allow anyone to invest in any real estate investment opportunity around the world. Not an easy task, but one we are determined to accomplish.

Mark Lloyd
Managing Director (CEO)
Mark Lloyd has grown six successful businesses, two of which have been sold on the open market. He owns a property sourcing company which looks for undervalued property deals throughout the United Kingdom as well as Property Mastery Academy, which is a private training, mentoring and seminar giving organisation that educates property investors across the UK.
Anne Visser
Director of Operations (COO)
Anne has made a career in logistical management. After completing his Dutch military service, he held several senior managerial positions, including the last 25 years in the role of logistics manager at the SWA in Alphen aan den Rijn. SWA has 500 employees and is the market leader in the production and distribution of B2B promotional displays. Anne has been involved with Max Property Group since its early days and led the purchase, refurbishment and rental of the test case in Rotterdam in 2015.
Erwin van Kekem
Director of Technology (CTO)
Erwin has enjoyed a lengthy career spanning over two decades in software development. He was one of the founding partners and drivers behind Collin Crowdfund, currently the largest crowdfunding lending platform in the Netherlands. Erwin is now leading the development of Max Crowdfund and its integration with the Ardor Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform.

Jan Angel
KYC / Translations / Business Development Manager
Jan began as an intern in the early days of the Max Crowdfund platform development, but quickly decided to take a break from his education at the Rotterdam Business School in order to pursue his interest in international business, blockchain technology and real estate investing. He now manages the intern team and is responsible for the recruitment and training of the Know Your Customer (KYC) team, translation team and community builders in their respective countries.
Cheolung Kim
Korean
Cheoleung Kim has been a Ardor enthusiast since 2017. When he understood the potential of Ardor technology, he organized and established the leading Ardor community in Korea. Because he wanted to be part of the first real estate blockchain project adopting Ardor technology, he became actively involved in the development and growth of the Max Crowdfund community in Korea.
Hwami Kim
Japanese
Formerly an IT engineer for many years, Hwami has since worked with the public transport system in Japan and as a translator of information technology documents. Having translated the documentation and website materials for Mac Crowdfund, she developed an interest in crypto currencies and started a role at Max Property Group as Business Development Manager for Japan.
Amir Syarfuddin
Indonesian
Amir graduated with honours with a Finance degree and has always held an interest in International Finance and Capital Management. By becoming part of the business development team of Max Property Group for Indonesia, he has further developed his skills and has gained several thousand platform users in Indonesia.
Tomas Fales
Czech
Following an established retail career, Tomas began studying the crypto currency world a few years ago. Having built his own mining platform, he learned a lot about blockchain technology and its practical application in the “real” world. By becoming involved with Max Property Group as a translator and business developer, Tomas was able to expand his knowledge to real estate investing and its integration with blockchain.
Bianca Mates
Romanian
Bianca began her educational training in real estate and cryptocurrency investing in 2017 and has not stopped since. She initially started with Max Property Group in 2018 as an investor, but soon became the translator for Romanian and then Business Development Manager for Romania. She is now responsible for promoting Max Property Group within the Romanian community.
Alessandro Ghezzi
Italian
Alessandro is a financial trader with over 25 years of experience in trading futures, bonds and commodities. Alessandro is an accountant and tax expert and, since developing an interest in blockchain technology, has been involved as a translator for various crypto projects, including Max Crowdfund.

Compliance Advisor
Jacco van Herwaarden is the founder of Confidon Fund Administrators in Breda, the Netherlands. He studied Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has worked as a Lecturer of External Reporting and as interim manager (Assistant Financial Controller). He likes to work in demanding regulatory environments and is an experienced Compliance Advisor.
Paula Ruffell
Legal Advisor UK
Paula is a lawyer specialising in Corporation Tax Dispute Resolution. Having worked in the Solicitor’s Office of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for nearly 9 years before moving to the private sector. She now advises global companies on UK corporate tax issues such as diverted profits tax and permanent establishment and HNW individuals on issues such as domicile and residence.
Jurian van Groenendaal

Jurian is an attorney at law with ten years of experience specialising in legal matters related to media, journalism, intellectual property and information technology. Specifically, he advises high profile clients about agency and distribution contracts, e-commerce and general contract law. Jurian was recently involved in proceedings before the European Court of Justice and represented the former coach of the Dutch national football team. He is a member of VVA (Vereniging voor Auteursrecht) and VMC (Vereniging voor Media en Communicatierecht), INTA, ECTA and GRUR.
Marco Reimann

Marco Reimann graduated in economics from the Carl von Osszietzky University in Oldenburg in 1996. He successfully completed his IREBS real estate studies in 2008 and the study of becoming a tax adviser in 2014. After working for Arthur Andersen in the field of auditing (1996-2002), he joined Ernst & Young. In 2005, he became Managing Director and, from 2010, Owner-Managing Director of Acarius Tax Advisory.

Jackie has been in the property business for over 10 years, in which time she has built a successful property portfolio with her business partner of over 25 years, Mark Lloyd. Whilst continuing to be a full time property investor, Jackie is a property educator and co-founder of Property Mastery Academy educating property investors across the UK.
Thomas Munte

Sven-Thomas Munte, a German national, obtained an MS in Biology from the University of Georgetown before continuing his development at the Department of Invertebrate Animals at the National Zoo, Washington, DC. Since 1991, he has been owner and Managing Director of property management company Munte Immobilien, which manages approximately 3000 rental apartments and nearly 70 homeowner communities.
Gustavo Rota
Investment Advisor
Gustavo manages the Rota family office and is a highly experienced property investor. Through his past experience as a trader, he has travelled extensively and has built important business relationships that remain with him today. Gustavo is originally from Argentina and speaks Spanish, Italian, English and Dutch and applies his network and expertise to attract and communicate with large private and institutional investors.
Gudo Thijssen

Gudo enjoyed a lengthy career in the international property market, in the fields of marketing and sales, before becoming Managing Director of a European property software company for several years. Over the last five years he has established the email marketing department for AdPublisher and was placed in charge of the major brand accounts in the telecoms, automotive, banking, investment and real estate industries.
