How it works

 

The Max Property Fund Germany purchases mostly residential and some commercial buildings according to strict investment criteria.  The properties are then rented to mostly long-term tenants.  The rental income is sufficient for investors to enjoy an 8% fixed rate return, as well as pay for fund administration, property management and a reserve fund for repairs, refurbishments and loss of rent.
