Three Loans Fully Subscribed In Two Hours!

Last Tuesday, the 28th of September, we published three loans on the Max Crowdfund platform. All three loans are successfully filled within two hours and 16 minutes. All three loans were in the UK with a six-month term at an interest rate of 10% per annum.

We are pleased with these results and hope to continue and grow our offerings together with our fundraisers and investors.

The loan is backed by a first charge on the property and additional securities. For this loan, the risk class is B. This means that this is a moderate loan with a loan to value (LTV) of 74.2%. Investors get a return of 10% per annum for six months.

This project is located on Haydock Street, Blackburn, Lancashire.

De fondsenwerver, Corbelo Group Ltd, is op zoek naar €115.000 financiering.

A Small Loan With 12% Interest! (Second Charge)

Een nieuwe renovatielening in Burnley, United Kingdom, is going live tomorrow, the 30th of September, at 14.30 CET on Max Crowdfund. A second charge on the property backs the loan. For this loan, the risk class is C, which means that this is an average risk loan with a loan to value (LTV) of 58.3%. Investors get a return of 12% per annum for 12 months.

The project on 17-19 Nicholas Street, Burnley is a substantial, stone-built freehold three-storey building located in the heart of Burnley town centre’s business district.

It was constructed approximately 1844 and is a building of character with some excellent features, including an archway entrance to the rear car park of the property – parking on site is rare in the town centre, and this is a massive benefit of the building, as well as the centralised location, many competitor office spaces for rent, are located away from the centre and in an undesirable area with little or no amenities near the property.

The fundraiser, Burnley Property Investments Limited, is looking for € 70,000 financing. The property is already owned by Burnley Property Investments Limited. The €70,000 will be used for the renovation.
